RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO FIRE CHIEF FRED ROREX FOR GREAT SERVICE TO THE CITY AND ITS PEOPLE

WHEREAS, Fire Chief Fred Rorex has served the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas on the Fire Department since January 30, 1961 and until January 30, 1988, and
WHEREAS, the Jonesboro City Council desires to make this resolution a part of the permanent record, and
WHEREAS, the Jonesboro City Council recognizes the loyal and untiring service of Fred Rorex as Fire Chief that he has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its citizens during these years he has faithfully served in the Fire Department.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Fire Chief Fred Rorex has performed a great service for our City and its people and the City Council and the citizens of Jonesboro greatly appreciate his service.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1988.
