AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2004 BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1: Budget Ordinance #3450, adopted December 15, 2003, as amended during 2004, is further amended by the increase (decrease) in budget revenues, expenditures, and transfers as detailed in the attached Schedules A & B.

SECTION 2: This ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro is hereby declared to be an emergency and shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 2005.
