AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 1488 BEING AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH A FEE SCHEDULE FOR ITEMS SUBMITTED TO THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

Section 1: Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1488 shall be amended by adding subsection e which shall read as follows:

An additional fee of $6.00 shall be collected for each Plat or Re-plat which is granted final approval by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission and filed with the Circuit Court for the Western District of Craighead County, Arkansas.
