#1 SP92-24 Trailmobile, Inc. requested approval of site plans for a manufacturing operation to be constructed in the industrial park. The property is located south of Highland Drive on the east side of B.P. Way at its southerly ending.
A motion to approve the site plan was made subject to the plans being certified by an Arkansas Engineer or Surveyor with reference to the 100 year flood plain and subject to completed site plans being supplied. Design criteria would also be shown on the complete plans. The motion was seconded by Mr. Blalock. Voting was 4 in favor. 0 opposed. REQUEST APPROVED WITH STIPULATION.
