RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AMENDING THE POLICIES CONCERNING THE RENTAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, the Jonesboro Urban Renewal and Housing Authority, Jonesboro, Arkansas is presently administering the Rental Rehabilitation Program for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and

WHEREAS, the City is desirous of amending the policy by limiting the number of units rehabbed per household for the Rental Rehabilitation Program dated January 1, 1985, and also the Rental Rehabilitation Program Description submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

(1)      That the Rental Rehabilitation Program be changed to limit the number of units rehabbed to three (3) units per household and change the Rental Rehab Policy and Program Description to allow for this change.

(2)      That this Resolution be effective this 3^rd day of November, 1986.
