RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR COMPREHENSIVE DEPENDENT AUDIT WITH SHARP, INC.

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to obtain the services of Sharp, Inc. to perform a comprehensive Dependent Audit of our health insurance to ensure that all covered dependents meet the employer's eligibility requirements to be on our plan; and
WHEREAS, Sharp, Inc. has been selected to perform this service;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
1. The City of Jonesboro approves the Agreement for Comprehensive Dependent Audit with Sharp, Inc. in the amount of $8,988.00.
2. The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
