1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from January 19, 1998, as provided.
ยท A request by Mr. Charles Wyatt to address Council concerning the Sanitation Department and Sanitation Rates.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the south side of Parker Road, east of Stadium Blvd. in Rook Subdivision. (Suiter Bittle Reality, Bobby Clark)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone Lots 169-204, Lots 222-243 and Lots 334-347, together with all street rights of way of record from Residential (R-3) to Residential (R-1), located on the east side of Clubhouse Drive, south of Macedonia Road in Sage Meadows, Phase II-A Addition. (C) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone Lot 205, Lots 215-221, Lots 244-333, Lots 413-421, and the Park Area from Residential (R-3) to Residential (R-1), located on the east side of Clubhouse Drive, south of Macedonia Road in Sage Meadows, Phase II-A Addition. (C.M. Mooney, Sage Meadows)

(E) 3rd reading - Ordinance accepting certain lands annexed to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, by order of the County Court.
5. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action on property located at 3337 East Nettleton, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
6. Resolution approving various traffic signs within Jonesboro, as recommended by the Jonesboro Traffic Authority.
