WHEREAS, Jessie Simmons has faithfully completed tenures as an employee of the City of Jonesboro; and

WHEREAS, the service rendered by Jessie Simmons, to the City of Jonesboro, the community of Jonesboro, and Craighead County has earned the admiration and respect of all citizens; and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to express its appreciation and gratitude for the splendid achievements of Jessie Simmons.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution to be spread upon the permanent records of the City of Jonesboro and copies be delivered to Jessie Simmons.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 18^th day of January, 1988.
