WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has heard all persons desiring to be heard regarding the proposed rezoning of certain property generally located in the 2700 Block of Fred Street and has recommended to the City Council rezoning as described below:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

That Ordinance No. 954, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended by the change in zoning district classifications, from C-3 Commercial, to R-2 Residential for the following described property:

Lot 20 in Block D of Dudley’s Subdivision, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
