RESOLUTION TO EMPLOY HERB DAVIS AS DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that Mr. Herbert Clyde Davis be employed as Director, Department of Finance and Administration for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, effective July 15, 1975 or as soon as he is available whichever is sooner.

Be it further resolved that the Jonesboro City Council authorize a starting salary of $13,000.00 a year with an escalating scale including a $500.00 raise at the end of six (6) months employment subject to the approval of the Finance and Administration Committee.
