RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE CITY OF JONESBORO FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE POLICY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the City of Jonesboro Family and Medical Leave Policy, a copy of which is attached herewith, is hereby adopted in order to establish uniform procedures in enforcement of the Family and Medical Leave Act, which took effect on August 5, 1993.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 1993.
