RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 1 FOR PARKER PARK ADDITION, CDBG PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro owns and maintains Parker Park located at 1522 North Church Street, Jonesboro, AR.
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro approved a contract for Parker Park by resolution # 2004:27 dated March 15, 2004.
WHEREAS, the City is desirous to change the project with change order #1 as attached by increasing the contract $1,815.00 (One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen and 00/100).
WHEREAS, the increase of $1,815.00 or one hundred percent of the funds will come from the 2003 CDBG budget, fund line item 831-37, previously approved by the City Council and the Department of Housing & Urban Development.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the City of Jonesboro accepts change order #1 of $1,815.00 from Robinson Electric for Parker Park Addition.
SECTION 2: The Mayor, Hubert Brodell and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute this change order.
