AN ORDINANCE TO SET THE PROCEDURE REGARDING CALLING OF SPECIAL MEETINGS BY THE MAYOR

The Mayor may whenever in his opinion it shall be necessary, or upon the written request of three members of the Council, he shall call a special meeting of the Council to be held not more than two days after such request, by giving notice in writing personally, or through the mail to all the members of the Council, which notice shall state the time when such meeting will be held and the purpose thereof.
