RESOLUTION TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH CRAIGHEAD COUNTY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE E-911 EMERGENCY & DISPATCH CENTER

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

Section1: To authorize and approve the agreement for operation of the E-911 Emergency & Dispatch Center, between Craighead County and the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and authorizes the Mayor to take the proper steps necessary to commit the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas by executing the agreement.

Section 2: This resolution shall take effect immediately.
