BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 Known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Be Amended as Recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the Changes in Zoning Classifications as Follows:
From Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-3) of Property Described as Follows:
A parcel of land lying within the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Section 16; thence East along the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 16 (the North line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 16 is assumed to bear East and all other bearings are relative thereto).
