RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS ACCEPTING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:

1.  RAY W. RANKIN & LAURA RANKIN, 2001 VALLEY VIEW DRIVE, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS.  (PARCEL NO. 9)

2.  JANE & LARRY COOK, 2021 VALLEY VIEW DRIVE, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS.  (PARCEL NO. 10).

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

SECTION 1.                     The temporary right of way easements are listed above and hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro as a dedicated easement.

SECTION 2.                     The originals of the dedicated right of way easements are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6^TH day of December, 2005.
