RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION ACTION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2314 WILLOW ROAD

WHEREAS, it has been found to be unlawful for any person or persons to keep or maintain any house, building and/ or structure within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas which constitutes a nuisance and which is found and declared to be a nuisance; and
WHEREAS, the following properties have been found and declared to be a nuisance within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the following properties are hereby condemned:
(1) A house located at 2314 Willow Road in Jonesboro, Arkansas
This house is an attractive nuisance for children. It also provides harborage for rats and animals, constituting a menace to the public health, safety and welfare.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 1991.
