AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONING BOUNDARIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential R-1 to Commercial C-3, the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10; thence South 109.0 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence continue South 88.0 feet; thence North 88°52’24” East 169.84 feet (record 170’); thence North 88.0 feet; thence South 88° 52’24” West 169.83 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 0.34 acres more or less and being subject to all public and private roads and easements.
