3. Approval of minutes from October 17, 1994, as mailed.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Residential Two, located at Pickering Street, west of Culberhouse, and south of the 63 Bypass. (Robin Holeman)
(B) 1st reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located between Commerce Drive and Bay on the northeast side of Highway 63B. (Farmer Enterprises)
(C) 1st reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential Two to Residential One, located at the north east corner of Southside Drive and Green Meadow Lane. (Bob Harrison)
(D) 1st reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Industrial Two, located at the north east corner of Johnson and Floyd streets. (Larry Robertson)
(E) 1st reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located off the 63 Bypass near Sunrise Road. (Ron Montgomery/Terry Bare)
5. Resolution requesting City Water & Light to provide two (2) meters, one at 106 E. Monroe and the other at 327 S. Main.
6. Resolution establishing a public hearing to vacate unimproved portions of streets located on lots G, H, and K in Caldwell's Subdivision. (Mr. Rhiddlehoover)
7. Resolution requesting a public hearing be set on behalf of Mickey Seeman's request for abandonment of a portion of the Higginbottom Creek easement across the back of his property. (Skip Mooney Sr./Mickey Seeman)
8. Resolution condemning property located at 420 N. Church Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
