1. Call to order by Mayor at 7:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from October 17, 1994, as mailed.
 
4. City Attorney:
 
(A) 3rd reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Residential Two, located at Pickering Street, west of Culberhouse, and south of the 63 Bypass. (Robin Holeman)
 
(B) 1st reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located between Commerce Drive and Bay on the northeast side of Highway 63B. (Farmer Enterprises)
 
(C) 1st reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential Two to Residential One, located at the north east corner of Southside Drive and Green Meadow Lane. (Bob Harrison)
 
(D) 1st reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Industrial Two, located at the north east corner of Johnson and Floyd streets. (Larry Robertson)
