BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: 117, known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classifications as follows:
From Residential, R-1, To Single Family Residential, RS-7 L.U.O., THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, ARKANSAS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Commence at the East Quarter corner of said Section 4, T14N, R4E, Craighead County, Arkansas; thence N 90°06'25" W 607.60 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence N 00°09'00" W 550.80 feet to the south line of Lot H of Mills Estates Subdivision; thence S 89°39'57" W 100.00 feet along said South line; thence S 00°09'00" E 550.22 feet; thence N 00°09'00" E 100.00 feet; to the point of beginning proper, having an area of 55051.11 square feet, 1.26 acres more or less and being subject to all public and private roads and easements.
SECTION 2: THE REZONING OF THIS PROPERTY SHALL ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:
1. That the proposed development shall satisfy all requirements of the City Engineer, satisfying all requirements of the current Stormwater Drainage Design Manual.
2. That the density shall not exceed 2 single family homes/lots maximum.
3. The applicant agrees to comply with the recommendations for right-of-way of 60 ft.
