(A) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive bidding and authorize purchase of computer software.

(B) 1st reading - Ordinance adopting the 1995 Budget for the City of Jonesboro.

· Discussion regarding negotiations with a Little Rock Law Firm to act as bond counsel for the proposed bond issue to finance prioritized traffic projects.
