BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas on this 16^th day of February, 1976:

That the Jonesboro Cable T.V. be authorized to raise their rates effective April 1, 1976, to $6.50 per month for primary service and to $1.50 per month for each additional outlet, and $1.50 per month for FM service.
