AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE ROBINDALE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

The County Court of Craighead County, having made an order annexing to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
Begin at the center of Section 7, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, thence North on the quarter section line 1315.6 feet to the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 7; thence West 1329.7 feet to the Northwest corner of Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 7; thence 1315.8 feet to the Southwest corner of Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 7; thence East 1330.5 feet to the center of Section 7; Township 14 North, Range 4 East, the point of beginning.
Following the filing of the petition for such annexation, the giving of notice as required by law and a hearing thereon on the 21st day of December 1959, and the proposed plat having been approved by the City Planning Commission of the City of Jonesboro, it is found that said territory should be accepted into and made a part of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
Section 1: The annexation to the City of Jonesboro by the County Court of Craighead County of:
Begin at the center of Section 7, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, thence North, on the quarter section ling 1315.6 feet to the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 7, thence West 1329.7 feet to the Northwest corner of Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 7; thence South 1315.8 feet to the Southwest corner of Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 7; thence East 1330.5 feet to the center of Section 7, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, the point of beginning, is hereby approved and said land is hereby declared to be a part of Ward 1 of the City of Jonesboro.
Section 2: The inhabitants of said area shall have and enjoy all rights and privileges possessed by inhabitants...
