(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon a ten foot (10') drainage easement located in the Calvary Chapel Addition of Jonesboro, Arkansas. (Phillips Investments)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Four, located on the west side of South Culberhouse and south of Parish Lane. (Robert Sartin\Skip Mooney, Sr.)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Three located 2400 East Johnson. (Dianne Duschl\Skip Mooney, Sr.)

7. Request for an Appeal Hearing by Mr. Gary Winters regarding the approval of a "Special Use Permit" by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to Mr. Jack Jones.
8. Request for an Appeal Hearing by Betty and Patricia Waddle regarding denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to rezone their property from Residential One to Commercial Three. (Skip Mooney, Sr.)
9. Review the following reappointments:
