(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon a ten foot (10') drainage easement located in the Calvary Chapel Addition of Jonesboro, Arkansas. (Phillips Investments)
 
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Four, located on the west side of South Culberhouse and south of Parish Lane. (Robert Sartin\Skip Mooney, Sr.)
