RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF 6 PIECES OF PROPERTY FOR OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

That the City of Jonesboro by its Mayor, City Clerk and its Municipal Parking Authority be and are hereby authorized and directed to acquire for off-street parking facilities the property and that the Mayor, City Clerk and the Parking Authority execute all instruments necessary to complete said transaction pursuant to Ordinance No. 998.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7^th day of December, 1959.
