Craighead County contract for jail fees

Craighead County entered into an intergovernmental agreement to establish jail fees with the City and was signed on September 16, 2009. The monthly amounts are listed in the contract and the length of the contract is from August 1, 2009 through December 31, 2013. The resolution number is RES-09:142 and was approved by the City Council on September 15, 2009. There is an addendum to the agreement.
The agreement was extended between Craighead County and the City of Jonesboro and was signed on January 7, 2014. The contract is from January 1, 2014, to December 31, 2016. The amount the City will pay in 2014 is $151,343.72, the amount for 2015 is $155,884.03 and the amount for 2016 is $160,560.56. The resolution number is RES-13:216 and was approved by Council on January 7, 2014.
