RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO PURCHASE A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT FOR NEW FIRE STATION #6

WHEREAS, CWL has recommended sewer and utility connections that require the acquisition of a permanent sanitary sewer easement; and

WHEREAS, The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to purchase a permanent sewer easement from New Testament House of Prayer as described in the attached document.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the documents necessary to complete this transaction at a price of $6300, to be expended from account number 07-100-0310-00 (Fire Station #6).
