BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classifications as follows:
From Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) the following described property:

Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of section 9, Township 13 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas; being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 13 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas; thence East 753.3 feet; thence south 26°22' West 772.61 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence South 63°12'20" East 30.2 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Arkansas State Highway # 1; thence South 32°15' 30" West along said Northwesterly right-of-way line 3.7 feet; thence south 32°02'30" west along said northwesterly right-of-way line 60.0 feet; thence North 57°39'00" West 24.0 feet; thence North 26°22' East 0.53 feet; thence North 63°38' west 2.0 feet; thence North 26°22' East 60.0 feet; thence south 63°38' West 2.0 feet; thence North 26°22' East 60.0 feet; thence South 63°38' East 2.0 feet; thence North 26°22' East 0.59 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 0.0415 acres east 2.0 feet; thence north 26°22' east 0.59 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 0.0415 acres.
