RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE CITY OF JONESBORO SAFETY PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro is concerned with the health and overall well-being of The City of Jonesboro employees; and

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to provide every employee with a safe and healthy work environment and to train employees in the safest possible way to perform their jobs; and

WHEREAS, to accomplish this all employees must accept the responsibility to perform their job safely;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, that The City of Jonesboro Safety Program be adopted as presented.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 21^st day of January, 2002.
