1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from February 15, 1999, as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial C-3 to Industrial I-1, located on the north side of Access Road, east of Willow Road. (Dennis Smith)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential R-2 to Commercial C-3, located on the south side of Washington Avenue, east of Stratford Drive. (Afak Haydar)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Agricultural AG-1 to Industrial I-1, located on the south side of Highland Drive, east of Commerce Drive. (Max Dacus, Jr.)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of (Demo) GPA surveying equipment for the Engineering Department.
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance providing for condemnation and repair, rehabilitation, securing, or razing and removal of houses, buildings; and/or structures constituting a nuisance within the corporate limits. (To be provided by the City Attorney's Office).
5. Request by Mr. Brad Powell for an extension on his building permit regarding construction located at 506 W. Matthews.
6. Review the following appointment: Mr. Wallace Barber to replace Mr. Jim Sawyer on the Board of Zoning Adjustment with a term to expire 2000.
