WHEREAS, Wes Mooneyham was granted a temporary leave as Chief of Police, the Council affirmed the Mayor’s appointment of Dewitt B. Haynes as temporary acting Chief of Police. It is also stated that the Temporary chief of Police draw the Chief’s present pay.
