5. City Attorney:
 
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to make improvements to Craighead Forest Park Lake.
 
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to sell a portion of North Main Park to City Water and Light.
 
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to sell a portion of Allen Park to City Water and Light.
 
D. 1st Reading - Clean Up Ordinance for the 2003 Budget.
 
6. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all documents necessary to purchase City Water & Light Park and Culberhouse Park.
 
7. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all documents necessary to purchase Pop Strickland Park.
 
8. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with Dacus Fence Company for the sum of $14,572.00 with funding coming from the reserved 2003 Outdoor Recreational Grant Fund.
 
9. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with Jonesboro City Stars Booster Club that funds raised by Jonesboro Parks and Recreation Department for purposes of City Stars may be appropriated to Jonesboro City Stars Booster Club for City Stars operational purposes.
 
10. Resolution naming judges, clerks, and alternate workers to serve in the election for directors for Positions 7, 8, and 9 of the City Water and Light Plant improvement district.
 
11. Resolution setting a public hearing for the purpose of vacating and abandoning a utility easement located off Koala Drive and Outback Road in Lots 1 and 2 of Poling's 4th Replat in Outback 2nd Addition. (Spencer Quinn)
 
12. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute MATA contracts and agreements for Debbie Hannah, 4505 South Caraway, Parcel F.
 
13. Resolution placing Stop signs and One Way signs at various locations within the City of Jonesboro.
 
14. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide free utilities at the # 6 Forest Access Road for the new band shell at Craighead Forest Park.
 
15. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action at the following locations:

16. Resolution expressing the willingness of the Jonesboro City Council to utilize Federal-Aid monies for the widening of Lawson Road (Hwy 49 - Hwy 1).
