3. Approval of minutes from September 4, 1998, Special Called Meeting, and September 14, 1998, Regular Meeting as delivered.

4. City Attorney:

(A) 3^rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3) to Industrial (I-1), located on the southwest corner of Parker Road and Parker Annex Road. (Russell Dougherty)

(B) 3^rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3), located on the east side of Curtview Drive, south of Race Street. (Brenda Rainwater)

(C) 1^st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located east of Parker Road, north of Sunnymeadow Drive. (Lamco)

(D) 1^st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial C-1, located in Gregg & Houghton?s Subdivision, south of Gant Street.  (Dr. William Young)

(H) 3^rd reading - Ordinance to amend the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances (15.16. 01) for the purpose of adopting a street improvement agreement for use with enforcement of the subdivision regulations and to prevent piece-mill installation of street improvements.

5. Resolution authorizing the Corps of Engineers and contractors to enter onto easements previously obtained by the City of Jonesboro Whiteman Creek Drainage Project.

6. Review the following appointment:

A. Mr. Bill Gott to replace Mr. Gene Gardner on the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission with an expiration date of February 1, 2000.
