(A) Decision by Council regarding the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission's decision to approve Kenny Findley's request for approval of subdivision plans. (Glenn Lovett, Jr., Attorney for Byron Glanton)
(B) 3RD reading - Ordinance to amend the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances, Chapter 9.08 known as, Excavations and Alterations.
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of W. Washington Ave., west of Stratford Drive. (Skip Macon)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of Highland Drive, east of Hillcrest Drive. (J. D. Crocker)
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1), located on the southwest corner of Dan Ave. and Best Industrial Drive. (John Best)
(F) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate all alleys located in Block B of Earl Kiech Second Addition (Kent Gibson)
5. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action on two Jonesboro properties, located at 510 Kitchen and at 1006 Hope Street.
6. Resolution to extend the Comprehensive Housing Plane for one year for the purpose of utilizing Federal Grant Housing Funds.
7. Resolution setting a fee for disposal of construction waste in the Class IV landfill.
8. Appropriate an additional $5,394.27 to Craighead County Clerk, Jane Todd for election cost for the Restaurant Tax.
