(B) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Five (R-1 to C-5), located at southwest corner of Race Street and Spence Circle. (David Conrad/Lucille Boothe)

7. Traffic Resolution to place "STOP" signs at Brown's Lane and change a four-way intersection to a two-way intersection as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission
 
8. Traffic Resolution to place "NO PARKING" signs on both sides of Race Street from Brown's Lane to Caraway Road as recommended by the traffic authority.
