(A) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3), located at the northwest Intersection of Highland Drive and Brown's Lane. (Clay Kenward / Sammie Noell)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Five (R-1 to C-5), located at southwest corner of Race Street and Spence Circle. (David Conrad/Lucille Boothe)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Residential Two (R-1 to R-2), located at southwest corner of Race Street and Spence Circle. (David Conrad/Lucille Boothe)
(D) 2nd reading - Ordinance to amend Title 2.20 adding Section 2.20.10 to establish procedures for bringing ordinances before the City Council
(E) 3rd reading - Ordinance to amend the 1994 Budget to separate the City Planner from the Public Works Department
(F) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of repairs on Forum boiler.
(G) 2nd reading - Ordinance to provide a smoke free environment for all Municipal Buildings
5. Request for hardship mobile home placement located at 1821 E. Parker Road. (Waymon J. Perkins)
6. Resolution to set a public hearing for the purpose of vacating the unimproved street between Belmont and Concord. (Skip Mooney/Skip Macon)
7. Traffic Resolution to place "STOP" signs at Brown's Lane and change a four-way intersection to a two-way intersection as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission
8. Traffic Resolution to place "NO PARKING" signs on both sides of Race Street from Brown's Lane to Caraway Road as recommended by the traffic authority.
