APPEAL HEARING 6:00 P.M. - An Appeal Hearing regarding the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission's decision to grant Mr. Gehl Henderson rezoning of 3.5 acres from Residential (R-1) to Agricultural (AG-1) of lots 6 and 7, Block B, located on the south side of Jonathan Street and the east side of Warren. (A) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon an unimproved portion of a twenty foot utility easement on the south portion of Lot 8 in Stadium Place Subdivision. (Jimmy LaFarlette)
 
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone 3.5 acres from Residential (R-1) to Agricultural (AG-1) of  lots 6 and 7, Block B, located on the south side of Jonathan Street and the east side of Warren. Gehl Henderson)
 
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone 2.37 acres from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located at the Southwest corner of Matthews and Strawfloor. (Humane Society/J. Lyons)
 
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone .99 acre from Residential R-1 to Commercial C-3, located at 4114 Forest Hill Road. (Jim Lackey/Hammon Newell)
 
5. Traffic resolution to remove a "STOP" sign on Neely Road and replace it with a "STOP" sign on Neely Lane, and to place other traffic signs at various locations within Jonesboro as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Traffic Authority.
