II.                     ROLL CALL

III.                     APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Minutes for the July 15, 2015, Stormwater Management Board Meeting

Motion to approve the minutes was made by Wyatt and seconded by Coleman. The minutes were unanimously approved.

IV.                     OLD BUSINESS

Light gave an update on project discussed at the last meeting. All projects are moving forward. An investigation of Legends Cove found that the inlet box was half full of asphalt. It was cleared. Sweet Gum is progressing. Sage Meadows is on schedule for October.   There is ditch work being done on the Peachtree project.

V.                     NEW BUSINESS

A variance has been requested for a Lot 28 in Saddlewood. The builder bought four lots and built one lot south of the lots he purchased.  That lot had a different BFE than what he purchased, therefore, a variance is required because the house was built ½ ft. below BFE. This error was found on the intermediate flood certification. There was discussion on when the intermediate certification should be done. Currently, builders are not allowed to move forward past the slab being poured until the intermediate certificate is done. The framing is complete on the structure.

Given that the risk is minimal for this lot. Wyatt made a motion to approve the variance for the Lot 28.  Day seconded.  All voted Aye.

Light will get with staff regarding the timing of the intermediate certification.

Gibson reported the final reading of the ordinance to accept the new stormwater cover design will be October 20th. The winner has been notified and will be presented the replica of the cover at the City Council meeting. The Board viewed the replica that will be given to the winner.

Light stated the Corp report should be done October 1st.
