(B) 3rd reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located between Commerce Drive and Bay on the northeast side of Highway 63B. (Farmer Enterprises)
(C) 3rd reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Industrial Two, located at the north east corner of Johnson and Floyd streets. (Larry Robertson)
