(A) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Agricultural (AG-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the west side of Moore Road, approximately 800 feet south of Highland Drive. (Charles Armstrong)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located at 3605 E. Johnson Avenue. (Phillips Investment)

(D) 1st reading - Ordinance re-codifying Chapter 10.04.11 through 10.04.18 of the Jonesboro Municipal Code, regarding city water regulations; repealing Chapters 10.04.19 and 10.04.20.
