3. Approval of minutes form Special Called meeting on July 8, 2005, and the regular meeting held July 19, 2005, as delivered.

A. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the west side of Highway 351 just north of Highway 49. (J. Wade)
B. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-1), located on the south side of Washington Avenue, east of Bridge Street and west of Kitchen Street (City of Jonesboro & St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center).
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from C-4, Residential Commercial to C-3, General Commercial District, located at 3425 East Highland. (Ronnie Johnson)
D. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property form R-1, Single- Family Medium Density District to R-5 with a (10) unit per acre restriction, located on the west side of North Patrick Street north of Belt Street. (Randy Simpkins and Dally Wallis)

H. 1st Reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of a Flameless Pothole Patcher.
I. 1st Reading - Ordinance accepting the bid of Meadows Construction Company and for the transfer of funds from MATA to Capital improvements for the Fox Meadow Project.
6. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a lease agreement with Best Manufacturing property located at 107 Flint Street for the Engineering. Street and Sanitation departments.
7. Resolution accepting the bid of Pierce manufacturing and authorizing the purchase of a fire engine.
8. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide free utility service for traffic lights at 617 W. Johnson and 727 W. Johnson.
9. Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with Peter's and Associates Engineers, Inc. for the review and traffic signal design for the intersection of Fair Park Street and Race Street.
10. Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with Peter's Associates Engineers, Inc. for the review and design of roadway construction plans for the intersection of Washington Ave.
11. Resolution accepting permanent drainage easements located in Spring Valley Subdivision.
12. Resolution appointing members to the Community Transportation Advisory Board.
13. Resolution adding the position titles of Firefighter/Mechanic, Firefighter/Radio Technician, Police Fleet, Equipment and Purchasing Officer, and Police Sergeant/Radio Technician to the City of Jonesboro Pay Plan.
14. Resolution moving the positions of Police Chief and Fire Chief to Grade 25 with no addition of funds to the 2005 city budget.
