(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3), located west of and abutting Arkansas Highway 1, south of 63 Bypass and south of Stadium Square. (D. Mulhollen for Phillips Investments)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3), located north of and abutting Race Street, west of and abutting Caraway Road, and east of and abutting Bernard Street. (D. Mulhollen for Wal-Mart Inc.)
(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3), located on the southeast corner of Stadium Blvd. and the 63 Bypass near the Methodist Hospital. (Neil Stallings)

(F) 2nd reading - Amended Ordinance to amend Sections 14.08.02 through 14.08.04 of Chapter 14, to change the criteria for acceptable accessory buildings in residential zoning districts
(G) 1st reading - Ordinance waiving bids on a repair cylinder for the Sanitation Department
5. Resolution placing a 20 MPH speed sign at Samantha Ave.
6. Resolution placing a 20 MPH speed sign at Rhonda Drive.
7. Set an Appeal Hearing regarding the rezoning denial of property owned by Mr. Paul Arnold. (Jim Lyons)
