(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of W. Washington Ave., west of Stratford Drive. (Skip Macon)
(C) 2nd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-4), located on the north side of Highland Drive, east of Hillcrest Drive. (J. D. Crocker)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the east side of Stadium Blvd., south of Higginbottom Creek. (Debbie Cossitt)

(I) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of bridge panels and concrete pilings for bridge located on Dorton Road.
(J) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize purchase of tuck-pointing work located at 407 Union Street.
(K) 1st reading - Ordinance to repeal Section 8.44.14, Subsection (F) (2), and to add Subsection (A) to Section 8.40.14 to the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances for the purpose of creating fourteen rental parking spaces.
5. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action on various property locations within Jonesboro.
6. Resolution to set a public hearing for the purpose of vacating Broken Hill Road and Queensland Road located in the Outback Second Addition. (Jack Poling)
7. Resolution expressing the willingness of the City of Jonesboro to utilize Federal-Aid monies for signalization of Highway 49 and Highway 49B.
8. Resolution authorizing the sale of approximately seven (7) acres of a nineteen acre track to Richie and Kim Harral owners of Windchimes by Russco, III, Inc.
