(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three (R-1 to C-3), located at the southwest intersection of Joe N. Martin Expressway at U.S. 49. (Clay Kenward/David Caradine)
(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Commercial Three to Commercial Four (C-3 to C-4), located at Parker Road East of Culberhouse. (Dr. Reed & Dr. McMillan)

7. Traffic Resolution as requested by the Traffic Authority and MATA to place "STOP" signs at various locations within Jonesboro.
8. Traffic Resolution as requested by the Metropolitan Area Traffic Authority to place "STOP" signs at Brown's Lane at Race Street and to change a four-way stop intersection to a two-way stop intersection with the "STOP" signs on the access road and Minitre Drive to allow access to Highway 1B (Old Harrisburg Road)
