4. City Attorney:
     
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate the unimproved street between Belmont and Concord streets. (Skip Mooney/Skip Macon)
 
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Three for 2.2 acres located on the east side of Southwest Drive, south of Oak Park Drive. (Clay Kenward/Bob Adams)
 
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Industrial One to Residential Three, located on the southwest corner of Calion and Belt streets. (Max Dacus Jr.)
 
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial Three to Residential One, located on the east side of Patricia Drive and north of Carolyn Drive. (Joe Rankin)
