4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate the unimproved street between Belmont and Concord streets. (Skip Mooney/Skip Macon)
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Three for 2.2 acres located on the east side of Southwest Drive, south of Oak Park Drive. (Clay Kenward/Bob Adams)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Industrial One to Residential Three, located on the southwest corner of Calion and Belt streets. (Max Dacus Jr.)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial Three to Residential One, located on the east side of Patricia Drive and north of Carolyn Drive. (Joe Rankin)
(E) 3rd reading - Ordinance to provide a smoke free environment for all Municipal Buildings.
(F) 1st reading - (Amended) Ordinance to provide a smoke free environment for all Municipal Buildings except in designated areas assigned by the General and Personnel Committee.
(G) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2229, Title 2.56, Section 2.56.02 of the Code of Ordinances to establish the Planning and Inspection Department separate from the Public Works Department.
5. Bid for Review: 94:23 - Wash Building - Street & Sanitation Departments
6. Resolution to request Congress to enact anti-crime legislation to be utilized on a timely basis.
