A. 1st Reading - Ordinance amending the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances 6.08.01 defining "Dangerous Animal"
B. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon the unimproved street right of way for Union Street. (Union Pacific Railroad)
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance adopting a 2005 Annual Budget for the City of Jonesboro.
D. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located at 2525 Stadium Blvd. (Johnny Allison & JoAnn Nalley)
E. 3rd Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3 LUO) located in the 1000 Blk of Windover Road. (John & Connie Wood)
