A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEDICATION OF PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ERECTING A TRAFFIC SIGNAL; AND

WHEREAS, The Jonesboro Real Estate Holdings Company, Inc. are dedicating the following property on the SE corner of Church and Matthews to be used for the erecting of a traffic light; and
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of the NE Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 19, to3nship 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Permanent Right of Way
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 1, According to the plat of Medical Arts Professional Building addition as recorded in Plat Cabinet B at page 76, in and for the public records of Craighead County, at Jonesboro, Arkansas; thence North 89 deg 27'42" East, Along the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 21.67 feet to a point fence South 01 deg.04'48" East departing from the North line of said Lot 1 a distance of l.32 feet to a point lying on the arc of a curve concave southeasterly, having a radius of 20 feet and whose radius point bears South 01 04'48" East; thence Southwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 37 deg 04'43" a distance of 12.94 feet to the end of said curve; thence South 45deg 20;22" East, a distance of 6.44 feet; thence South 44deg 39'38" West; a distance of 4.50 feet; thence North 45deg 20'22" West, a distance of 6.50 feet to a point lying on the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly, having a radius of 20.00 feet and whose radius point bears S 51deg 04'43" East thence Southwesterly, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 35 deg 16'52", a distance of 12.32 feet to the end of said curve; thence North 86deg 21'36 AWest, a distance of 2.30 feet to a point lying on the West line of said Lot 1; thence North 00deg 31'37 AEast, along the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 19.70 feet to the point of beginning; containing in all 182 square feet or 0.004 acres more or less, subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and right of way of record.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized to accept the property hereinabove describe dedicated by Jonesboro Real Estate Holdings Company, Inc. for the purpose of erecting a traffic signal at SE Corner of Church and Matthews.
