(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Residential Three, located south of Race Street, between Briar Lane and Middle Field Drive. (Mac Fleming)
 
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential Three to Commercial Three, located at the intersection of N. Church Street and Allen Street. (Steve Stoker)
 
(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located 1.5 miles east of the intersection of Airport Road and Highway 49 on the south side of the road. (Lavaughn Rusher)
 
(D) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Agricultural One to Commercial Three, located at 6107 E. Highland. (Steve Daugherty)

·      Alderman Harold Perrin to replace Mr. Jerry Brackett on the Public Facilities Board with no term limitations.
·      Mr. Bob Miller to replace Mr. Larry Duke on the Civil Service Commission with the term to expire April 1, 1999.
·      Appoint Mr. Chris Munos to Advertising and Promotions Committee with term to expire February 1, 1999.

·      NOTE 4-A:  Ordinance 4-A was adopted at the last council meeting.  At the request of Attorney, Charles Mooney Sr., this adopted ordinance will be opened for discussion.  The MAPC approved this rezoning based on particular stipulations, which Mr. Fleming does not agree to.  Mr. Mooney phoned the Clerk's Office on June 6th around 3:00 p.m. to request the item be tabled until July 17, 1995.  This information was delivered to the proper departments however, the ordinance was adopted by mistake.
