BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

 

SECTION 1: TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, BE AMENDED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE  METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS AS FOLLOWS:

 

From Single Family Residential, R-l, To General Commercial, C-3, THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:

 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

 

A PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, ARKANSAS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARL Y DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 2: THE REZONING OF THIS PROPERTY SHALL ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS:

 

A) A Site Plan and proposed use shall be reviewed and approved by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (MAPC) for the development of the tract.
