APPEAL HEARING - 7:00 P.M. - An Appeal Hearing as requested by Linda Smallman and her attorney, Jim Lyons, for the purpose of discussing a rezoning denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission.  Ms. Smallman requests approval of rezoning from Residential One to Residential Two for 2.0 acres located on the west side of Bowling Lane, south of Kitterman Drive.
 
PUBLIC HEARING - 7:15 P.M. - A Public Hearing to vacate and abandon a ten foot alley, located south of Washington Avenue and east of Madison Street. (County Offices)

(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone 1.34 acres from Residential One to Commercial Three, located at 4103 Southwest Drive, on the west side and north of Leon Kirksey Road. (O.R McKisson)
 
(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon an unimproved portion of street right-of-way on East Street located east of Church Street and west of Vandyne. (Harvey Newcom)
 
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Industrial One, located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Highland Drive and Industrial Drive. (Keith Meredith)

(F) 3rd reading - Ordinance to waive bidding of repair parts and labor for a 1550 Case Dozer.
 
(G) 1st reading - Ordinance amending the Jonesboro 1995 Operating Budget for the purpose of transferring two positions (Custodian and Maintenance Supervisor) and all appropriated funds from the Justice Complex expense to the Police Department budget.

Mr. Mashburn requests approval of rezoning from Residential One to Residential Two for his .71 acre, located on the south side of Nettleton Avenue, west of Elmdale Drive.
