3. Approval of minutes from June 20, 1994, as mailed.

(A) 3rd reading - An ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Five, located south of Higginbottom Creek between Caraway Road and Highway 1-B. (Harry Latourette/Skip Mooney)
 
(B) 3rd reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Industrial Two, located on the southwest side of highway 63 Bypass (Farmer Enterprises)
 
(C) 1st reading - An ordinance to rezone property from Residential Two to Commercial Three, located east of Madison and north of Rose Street in the Belmont Addition. (Mark Turner)
 
(D) 1st reading - An ordinance to vacate a ten foot utility easement located on lot fifteen of Hunter's Ridge Addition. (Bob Gibson/Miller Newell)

· Appoint Mr. Ken Beadles to the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission with term to expire June 20, 1997.
· Reappoint Joe Heinemann to the Parking Authority with term to expire January 1, 1999.
· Appoint Ralph (Pop) Stricklin and Mark Ford to the Parks and Recreation Commission with term to expire March 6, 1999.
· Reappoint Grover Evans, Isaac M. Stotts and Jeanne Henry to the Jonesboro Handicapped Advisory Council with term to expire June 2, 1998.
